What does Complete cost?
USD 49.99 per year with a seven-day free trial, or USD 7.99 per month. The App Store shows the final price for your country before you confirm.
Does one subscription cover my partner?
Yes. One subscription covers the household. A partner who accepts your iCloud share has Complete while either adult's subscription is active.
Do I need an account?
No. The app has no US Expat Desk account. Apple handles your subscription through your Apple Account.
Where is my information stored?
On your device. With Complete, the app also keeps your household in your own private iCloud database so it appears on your other devices and your partner's. US Expat Desk never receives it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays. Free features keep working, and you can still export a JSON backup.
How do I cancel or ask for a refund?
Apple manages App Store subscriptions. Cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I buy anything on this website?
No. The website sells nothing and has no accounts. Its free tools run in your browser.
